Your symptoms are not related to any cardiac disorders.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome for asking on HCM!
I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.
Your pain characteristics are not typical of any cardiac disorders.
From the other hand, your performed cardiac tests can confirm this.
So relax! Your symptoms are not indicative of any serious disorder.
The fact that it is tender to touch and the localisation of the pain are typical of musculoskeletal pain and inflammation.
In this regard, costochondritis could be the cause of this symptomatology.
I recommend taking ibuprofen three times daily ( as it is a painkiller and has also antiinflammatory effects).
A chest x-ray study and inflammation tests ( PCR, sedimentation tests) may be needed to confirm this diagnosis.
Hope to have been helpful!
Feel free to ask me again whenever you need!

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Regarding your concern, I would assure you that these symptoms are not related to any cardiac disorders.
They are typical of irritation of the gastro-esophegeal mucosa (internal layers) or gastro-esophageal reflux.
I would recommend taking an antiacid or PPI (omeprazole, lansoprazole, etc.).
Avoiding spicy food or extreme temperatures (icy or hot) would also help.
Hope to have been helpful!
