Brief Answer:
Need proper evaluation by a qualified Urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your semen culture has revealed Staphylococcal infection and there is no improvement in your symptoms in spite the fact you have been prescribed various antibiotics for last 2 years.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was semen culture done in a renowned pathology Laboratory.?
2) Was semen culture repeated after you did not get satisfactory results?
3) Have you done Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning to see the status of seminal vesicle ?
4) Have you ever done MRI of pelvis to assess the nature of seminal Vesicles and Prostate.

Since bacterial flora always change their sensitivity pattern ,it is advised o repeat the culture ans sensitivity tests .

I would advise you to consult qualified Urologist and get the tests done which I have mentioned above .

It is likely that new picture will come up as far as diagnosis is concerned and we can get in a positive direction to take appropriate antibiotics and medication so as to get results.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
