Suggest Treatment For Pain And Injury On The Wrist

Question: SIR,NAMASTE,
I AM FROM XXXXXXX ONE MONTH BACK I MET WITH AN INJURY ON (HARD HIT OF DOOR) MY RIGHT WRIST ( BELOW THE BACK SIDE OF PALM). I UNABLE TO WRITE OR HANDLE A SIMPLE THING WITH MY RIGHT WRIST.PAIN PARTICULARLY AT BELOW THE RIGHT THUMB.KINDLY ADVICE.

You need to get x ray of the hand

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you might have fracture in wrist. I would recommend you to get x ray of the wrist to confirm the diagnosis.
If there is fracture then you will be benefited from plaster cast. Even if there is no fracture then also splinting is helpful.

RESPECETD SIR
AS PER YOUR DIAGNOSIS THERE IS NO SUCH FRACTURE. & HERE DOCTORS NOT ADVICED FOR X-RAY AND THE INFORMED ME THAT AS HARD HIT CAUSED CRUSHING OF MUSCLES & BLOOD CLOTTED. AND ADVISED FOR SOME PAIN KILLERS WHICH ARE IN VAIN. ONE OF THE DOCTORS ADVISED FOR MAICRO SURGERY. I DO NOT WANT TO GO FOR SURGERY.IS THERE ANY ALTERNATE TREATMENT CAN I GET.

Hello,
I think you need x ray to confirm if there is fracture or not.Without this you can not say anything, so get an x ray first.
Without getting a x ray you should not get micro surgery. I am not sure what micro surgery your doctor wants to do without proper diagnosis.
So please send me your x ray report.
