I have khich khich in throat and pain , feeling COLD Taking DOLO 650 is it ok.

Add an anti-allergic and medicated gargle.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You need to add an anti-allergic medication (such as cetirizine or fexofenadine) since you have sneezing and itching in the throat.

2. A medicated gargle such as Betadine or Tantum will also help.

3. Regular plain steam inhalation is also recommended. You may continue the Dolo 650 for a couple of days (after meals).
