I hope you are talking about a muscular hernia on arm. Yes, it can cause numbness and pain.
This is because of local effect and may be involvement of adjacent nerves.
Hernia should be repaired as there is a defect of opening which should not have occurred.
Differentiation:
On getting the muscle in action, the hernia will pop up more but not the clood clot on clinical examination.
On ultrasonography with color Doppler examination both can be well differentiated by the Radiologist.

Is that possible the insects carry parasite?
I have no fever. No itchy.
Can blood test show the poison parasite?
Is my heart got worms due to mosquitoes?
Have I got cancer due to heavy smokers neighbor 4 years already?
Shall I have Ultra sound or CT or MRI on my arm and heart areas?

I see GP this morning fastening for 10 hrs have my blood test done.
Tomorrow morning need to have my ultrasound done.
I will continue to take cartia if pain strike again.
I have my arm cramp last night after taking the first pill of cartia.
Maybe not suitable. Is that side effect from cartia or my problem causing cramp.
At the moment talking to you not so pain. Actually after taking the blood test I feel less pain. Maybe the blood have infection from bird shits and fruit bat droppings and swarm by mosquitoes bitten me ten times when cleaning garden fruit bat dropping use high pressure hose to get the dropping off fence. I finished the fence job the good thing and reduce garden recycle waste.
When I have my blood test and ultra sound result I will let you know.

I have some heart beat suddenly go very fast problem after two surgeries from gall stones removal due to infection after the first surgeries.
I take herbal medicine instead of cartia now.

I got my blood test result yesterday.
Cholesterol a bit high for my age. Everything is normal.
I have cholesterol scale of 6.7mmol/L
Triglycerides 1.4mmol/L
HDL cholesterol 2.1mmol/L
LDL cholesterol 4.0mmol/LL
Shall I take Cartia?
GP not giving me prescription.
I will have herbal medicine instead more natural than too much chemical in my body system. Cartia is not harmful I suppose.

Maybe the injury causing pain on my left arm and numb on my index finger.
I keep regular exercise like walking daily even my knee bones got spur.
I take fish krill oil, folic acid, vitamin E and glucosamine chondroitin plus calcium
green marine plant sometimes.
I will talk to you later on my neck may have spur as ageing arthritis possible.
