Brief Answer:
These symptoms indicate acute episode of migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
The symptoms mentioned by you in the form of headache, numbness on left side of face, vision difficulty...., indicate primary headaches like migraine.

I would like to treat this condition symptomatically by the use of analgesic and pain killer drugs. If the condition is recurrent then it requires treatment by the use of prophylactic drugs like flunarizine and specific use of anti-migraine drugs.

Hence I advice you to take pain killers and analgesic drugs.
You can continue the tablet Excerdin, a analgesic drug and if the condition does not resolve specific treatment for migraine is required.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
