Brief Answer:
Lumbo-sacral radiculopathy/MRI Lumbo-sacral spine/Anti-neuralgic medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this clinical history,I would have told you that the symptoms you are presenting with appear classical for a lumbo-sacral(L-S) radiculopathy possibly due to the spinal degenerative changes.

Even I am of the opinion that MRI L-S spine should be done in order to establish the diagnosis.I would like to see you follow-up, after MRI results.

Meanwhile, you need to be on anti-neuralgic therapy for your symptoms. The following treatment regimen can be started-
1)Tab.Pragabalin 75 mg once a day.
2)Methylcobalamin and calcium/vitamin D supplementation.

PLEASE TAKE ALL MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S SUPERVISION ONLY.

I hope to see you improve with these medicines. Also,a physiotherapist should be consulted as regular spinal exercises will be of a great help,in this case.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
