Hello,
I have studied your case.Because of the back muscle spasm you are having pain. I would recommend you to follow these .
1. Tablet Myospaz or Myoril after discussing with your doctor.
2.Avoid forward bending and weight lifting.
3. Volitran ointment local application.
4.hot water fomentation
5.Avoid travelling and any other jerky activities.
