Question : Pulled a muscle in lower back tripping over sidewalk, lower back on left side hurts and legs and feet

1. Tablet Myospaz or Myoril after discussing with your doctor.
2.Avoid forward bending and weight lifting.
3. Volitran ointment local application.
4.hot water fomentation
5.Avoid travelling and any other jerky activities.
