Brief Answer:
If it persists for more than 3days, please get an Xray done!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query,

I am so sorry to hear about this fall that you suffered. Most falls do not cause fractures but if pains persist for more than 3days while on pain medications, I will suggest that you get examined and do maybe an Xray for us to be sure that you didn't sustain any bone lesion that may need specific management in addition to pain control. Also, what pain medication are you taking? A combination of Tylenol and Ibuprofen at doses recommended by your pharmacist would be mire potent than taking just one of them.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Thanks for using our services.

thanks for your follow up to my question I did visit our local walk in clinic
today cause my own doctor was all filled up.

I had them look at me and give me ibuprofen and told me to put ice on it.

they went thru a series of motion for my legs and hips and found that it should
be ok with ice and ibuprofen.

thanks XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Keep me posted with your progress!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am happy to know you have received reassurance that all is being well managed. I suggest you continue with the drugs and Ice and report any further how well you are responding to these measures so that we would make sure there is nothing concerning going on.

I hope to hear from you when in the days ahead. Please, falls can be potentially dangerous. If you think renovating your bathtub would ma a difference, it would be a great investment that would save you from greater damages in future.

I wish you a speedy recovery.
