Question : When I letdown or sit down my feet and or calfs want to spasem.

thanks for replying. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Tablet Methylcobal one daily for three months.
2.Drink one glass of water with one tea spoon ful salt whenever you have spasm.
3.hot water fomentation is also helpful. You can also do calf stretching exercises.
4.avoid very cool temperature or air conditioner.
