Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Abdomen
Question: Hello, about a week ago I woke up with lower left ab. a bit swollen, with no pain. I t has gone down but I egt full and uncomfortabe when eating and drinking. I feel a little pressure and slight ache going around lower left back when this happens.

Based on the facts of your query, your case needs to be assessed from GI endoscopist and Cardiac Specialist, to rule out any accompanying cardiac cause worsening these gastritis related complaints.
I would suggest you to have UBT (Carbon isotope-Urea Breath test)/ stool test for H.Pylori antigen detection and serology test for H.Pylorie with EGD study in your case to confirm the cause of your left lower abdomen swelling with discomfort while eating and drinking.
Reflux gastritis from accompanied enterocolitis also needs to be investigated and kept in mind while assessing causes of your abdominal pain.
