Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1. Your symptoms like stomach pain and swollen may be related with :
- ulcer /gastritis
- gallbladder issues
2. If I were your treating doctor I would suggest to do :
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy
3. Meantime I would suggest to use :
- PPI'S like prilosec OTC
- gaviscon
I would like to suggest you :
- avoid fatty and spicy foods
- eat often and small amount of meal
- avoid unnecessary stress
- avoid coffee and chocolate.
Hope it was helpful to you!
