Question : two weeks ago my gf used her toy on my anus. there was a little bleeding. Know im sore and my anus is little swollen and when i urinate it hurts but doesnt burn. i did a big leg work out the other day and now the pain in worse. Should i go to Dr

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history Of using the toy in anus followed by swelling, pain and pain during urination.
It looks that there is injury to anus causing swelling and pain.
Prostate too might have got massage or injury causing painful urination.
I would advise you the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Anti-inflammatory with painkiller like Ibuprofen if it suits you
Laxative to keep stool soft.
Local examination, per-rectal digital examination and proctoscopy if pain allows by your Doctor, preferably by a General Surgeon and to get a prescription of antibiotic and additional medication
