Question : Hi my mom is experiencing pain onright side of the brain and some swelling in one of the nerves. Previously also we had shown to a doctor he told it was infection and dandruff related. But she is a bit scared and tensed.... what is the best way to diagonse

I have noted your mom's symptoms and would like to reassure you that it may not be something serious.

However, if she is concerned about any serious brain disease such as Tumour, infection, blood clot, etc, a brain scan such as MRI may be done to exclude them.
