Brief Answer:
possible arhritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. This is possible arhritis which can be autoimmune, bacterial, rheumatoid or vascular. You should see immunologist and rheumatologist to find exact diagnosis. You need to take ibuprofenum 3x400mg and in case of severe pain and swelling you need corticosteroid or azathioprin. Try to rest with your fingers, apply warm compresses, keep hands elevated. Also, you should do xrays to see bones and joints in hand. Wish you good health. Regards
