Brief Answer:
Needs urgent urologist review and ultrasound testes

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be urgently evaluated to rule out torsion of testes which is a surgical emergency. It's better to get it reviewed by a surgeon or a urologist with torch test and may need Ultrasound testes to rule out other causes lile hydroceole or varicocoele as well.

Meanwhile analgesics like acetaminophen can be used alongwith warm compresses. Take rest and avoid lifting heavy weights.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
