Brief Answer:
Options laid out in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern and am sorry for your distress.

The pain in lower limbs could be associated with osteoporosis which is a condition in which bones can become thinned out and are more likely to fracture. DEXA scan, 24 hour urine NTX or Hydroxyproline , Vitamin D levels can be advised and treatment started if the tests indicate osteoporosis. The pain could be neuromuscular and if clinical exam suggests no back issue then a two week course of etoricoxib can be started along with orphenadrine citrate or tizanidine as a muscle relaxant and B 12 supplementation. If empiric treatment leads to improvement then no further investigations would be required. The dizziness can be due to a low blood pressure or transient lowering e.g in orthostatic hypotension. Metabolic profile including Blood sugar, electrolytes should be checked to look for hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance. Sedatives and other medications like opioids, antihypertensive etc can also cause dizziness and should be noted in relation to the symptoms. You may discuss these options with your doctor.
