Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for your query
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You might be having osteoarthritis of great toe as it is one of the most common site of osteoarthritis. X ray of great toe will help to confirm it. It is treated by simple analgesic such as paracetamol, exercise, hot water fomentation etc.
Another possibility is a simple pressure point which is aching. In your age group, because of poor architecture of foot, there are many new but abnormal pressure can develops which can cause pain.
Gout may be a possibility, but it usually presents with acute severe pain.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification please donot hesitate...
Take care.
