Question : I haven't been feeling up to par little fatigued so I saw doctor mon. he did simple liver enzyme test. Only thing was ggt level of 120 but I do get pain just off right center at base of ribs, it goes through to my back just left of right shoulder blade and moves sometimes to lower right side of side of my ribs. My gallbladder was removed 7 yrs ago and this is going on for about 3 weeks

get an ultrasound to rule out Common bile duct stones

HI,
Even though you had a gallbladder surgery there are chances of common bile duct stones which will cause you similar pain thats the reason your doctor advised for LFT to see any obstruction is there ,if everything is normal try to rule out is there is any muscle spasm if so you can consider to take a muscle relaxant and that will help you.
Or a simple analgesics for few days will help you
