Suggest Treatment For Pain Caused By Back Lock Up

Question: Hi
every morning i cant move my lower back.it locks up. Sometimes if i wake to turn i cant.There is so much pain when i try and lift my bottom up of the bed .i have to bring my knees up to my chest to stretch and hug them till my back gets free so i can up. I had an x ray that showed up nothing. It never bothers me all day. xxxx

Thanks for your query.

This may be due to lumbar disc problems. Disc is the soft tissue between two vertebral bones. If it gets pushed posteriorly or gets inflamed then this kind of symptoms can happen.

A MRI of lower spine can help detect this or any other spinal problem. Appropriate remedy can then be provided. Till then you can take muscle relaxants to give relief.
