Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Gallbladder Stones

Question: If I have nerve or muscle or ligament pain in addition to detected gall stones, does it make a difference which gets treated first? I'm seeing my doctor this morning to discuss my test results and would like to go in with some options in mind. My ultrasound showed a few very small stones in my gallbladder and I do have some pain in that area. My pain does not change after eating or drinking, but gets worse with the searing pain in my back which goes from my lower ribs to about mid-buttocks, from about 3" to the right of my lower spine over to just a little to the front of my right side. That searing pain is triggered by reaching out when bent over (I can carefully bend over and pick up something by my feet, but if I reach to pick up something roughly 6" to a foot in front of my toes, it hurts so badly my knees buckle. It's relieved somewhat by slowly standing up, relieved more by lying down, pain almost gone when I wake up in the morning. Your thoughts?

Brief Answer:
Get the muscles problems diagnosed and treated first.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted an elucidate history and understood your concerns.
The gall stones of smaller size usually do not cause pain unless they block the gall bladder opening into the cystic duct or common bile duct joining at the duodenum.
But the problem lies into the fact that the small stones can pass through the cystic duct into the common bile duct to cause obstructive jaundice and further complications.
Hence the need of gall bladder surgery.
Your another information about the searing pain on the right para spinal region.
This looks to be muscular as there is pain on bending and as explained by you.
I think it is best to get this pain watched first, get the correct cause by clinical examination, investigations as needed and get treated.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
