I'm sorry you're having significant discomfort. I have a couple of suggestions for you.
One thing you can do is pour a warm bath and sit in the bathtub for about 20 to 30 minutes. This will help soothe some of the inflammation.
also you can go to your local pharmacy and obtain a topical cream. There are many different brands including Preparation H which works very well to relieve swelling inflammation and pain.
I would try these for now. Hopefully this gets your symptoms under control. If your symptoms do not improve you should probably see your doctor for a good examination to talk about other options.
