Question : I am suffering from heavy pain while passing bowel motion(poo). I started experiencing this from last 2 days. In the past I used to get blood along with motion. But it was not continuous. Could you please suggest me the solution like if I can get rid of it with medicines or do we require any diagnosis.?

Hi

Most probably you should be suffering from Hemorrhoids and / or anal fissure. It is pertinent to examine the area with anoscope or sigmoidoscope. It hints if it is severe degree of hemorrhoids and also helps to note if there are internal hemorrhoids that can actually mimic normal stools in spite of losing heavy blood. So you may have blood loss anemia accompanied with Iron deficiency as well.

So get Hemogram, urine routine and visit a General surgeon for examination. Till then you can use ANOVATE cream five times a day. Please note that if you neglect the examination you may end up losing more blood and strictures as well.
