Question : Hi there I have a history with bad uti's and cysts on my ovaries. I recently discover some little tiny bumps on the outside of my vagina a few months ago. I woke up this morning with a bad pain in my clitoris and waves of pain in my abdomen? What should I do? What could it be?

Have a urinalysis done

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Abdominal pain and bad pain in clitoris ,while you refer and a history of UTI,can be due to urinary infection .
Hence have a urinalysis done.

Are you sexually active?
Did you have changes on vaginal discharges ?

Until you will do a urinalysis use cranberry teas and painkillers like paracetamol to relieve abdominal and clitoral pain.
