Brief Answer:
Consult a rheumatologist....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I empathize with you. You seem to be suffering with widely spread pain across all parts of the body / limbs along with dryness +/- deformities and skin colour changes. Based on this group of symptoms, I shall name two possibilities that explains your symptoms.
1. Autoimmune condition: I am pleased to know that ANA work up was negative; however most rheumatologist believe in clinical examination findings more than ANA results. And since the pains are especially predominant on the joints, it is a good option to ask your treating doctor for a rheutologist reference. If deemed necessary, the doctor can consider repeating those ANA profile tests including antitopoisomerase antibodies, anticentromere antibodies, SSA/Ro and SSB/La.
2. If autoimmune condition is excluded comprehensively, then these symptoms can be manifestation of complex
regional pain syndrome (CRPS). You will benefit from
rehabilitation and functional restoration therapies such as
physical therapy,
occupational therapy, biofeed back, cognitive
behavioral therapy, etc. Other interventions such as spinal blocks can be combined with oral pain medicines to treat this condition.
CRPS is best treated with combined efforts of pain medicine specialist, rheumatologist,
psychiatrist and physiotherapist. You should ask your doctors for reference after rheumatologist's consultation.
Amenorrhea (no periods) for 7 years is from menopause. Further menopause is most likely they reason for weight gain. However I don't think menopause is related to your painful symptoms; but it will help if you can perform some activities and reduce your weight.
Hope this information suffices. Let me know if you need clarifications.
