Question : I am having slight pain in ankle, specially when i have a long day. Can i take a multi Vitamin table as a supplement.

Hi and thanks for your query.

Ankle pain can be due to many causes. Please provide details about the symptoms and any tests done. It needs to be evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon. He may do an x-ray of the joint and further tests as required.

Yes a multivitamin can be taken. Let me know the name of the vitamin that you are planning to take. B and C complex can always be taken. Other vitamins are to be taken in limits.

Zincovit has high zinc levels and can worsen joint pain, so I will not recommend it.

Since you are not taking it for any particular deficiency, you can take it for 3 months.
Otherwise some vitamins like vit B12, D, folic acid etc are taken after documenting its deficiency in blood reports.
