This sound very much like anal fissure.
For relief you can do the following -
1. High fiber diet
2. Plenty of fluids
3. Fiber supplements and stool softeners
4. Sitz Bath - Sit in a tub of lukewarm water exposing your lower part to it 10 minutes 2-3 times a day
5. Topical lignocaine to relieve pain
6. Topical diltiact or nifedipine to relax the anal sphincter.
I hope that answers your query.

but how do I make it heal, cause it been a few months, is there some cream that will heal the fissure
Brief Answer:
Anal fissure heals by itself if the bowel movements are normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Anal fissure heals by itself like any other wound in the body.
For the healing to occur, the bowel movements should be normal and the stool should be soft. And the advice I gave in the previous post is to make the stools soft and make the bowel movements easier.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
