Brief Answer:
NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The support strap would provide immobility, alone. Most likely , it appears to be a muscle sprain. NSAIDs like etoricoxib, muscle relaxants like tizanidine, physiotherapy and B 12 supplementation can be advised for two weeks. Most probably your symptoms will improve. If the symptoms persist, then Electromyography can be advised, in consultation with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
