Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back After Bending Over

Question: I bent over & felt pain in my back. I'm 72. Have seen doctor & they think it will get better with pain killers & antiinflammaries. The pain radiates either side of back & sometimes to the front. It's been 3 weeks & I can't put up with much more.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having lumbar spondylosis along with radiation neuropathy as it is common in your age. It can be confirmed by x ray lumbar spine. You are likely to get benefitted by Rest, glucosamine, Mecobalamin and analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can further invesetigate it by MRI of lumbar spine.
