Question : Hi, i was in a late night flight last night. I slept resting my forehead on the tray table for an hour or so. When i woke up i experienced a strong pain in my forehead in the area above and between my eyebrows. It must have stayed for less than a minute. It felt like my nerves getting streched and causing the pain. Even after the pain stopped, my head has been feeling a bit heavy like you feel during a hangover. Also ever since, whenever i make any eyebrow movements there is a light pain in the nerve between my eyebrows. What could be the cause? I spent a lot of hours under direct sun, the last 3 days, in XXXXXXX where the temp was quite high. Anything to do with that. Any home remedy suggestions. What kind of doctor should i see if this continues?

                                    Brief Answer:
probably due to to sinusitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for detailed query.
The symptoms you are suffering from would be due to mild sinusitis. self care along with some analgesic like TAB. SINAREST 1 tablet twice for 2 days will relieve your symptoms.
self care: 1) steam inhalation two times a day.
2) hot towel on fore head
3)nasal irrigation if any secretion is in nose.
4) rest for 2 days, as reduced sleep will aggravate the symptoms.
take care.
