Brief Answer:
Possible neurological pain?Require MRI scan

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per your reports and symptoms, the possibility of heart disease is extremely unlikely.

Symptoms may be related to a combination of Neuropsychological-implying a spine disc disease and anxiety disorder.

I advice you to get an MRI scan of the cervico and Thoracic spine plus Serum B12 levels checked.

Meanwhile, I generally prescribe oral pills of CLONAZEPAM 0.5 mg at bed time and PREGABALIN 75 mg once daily to control your pain and burning symptoms.

Please discuss with your doctor whether he shares my view and prescribes you the same.

Avoid alcohol and smoking if any especially during drug intake.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Possible functional pain related to stress disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I apologize for the delayed response owning to my work schedule.

I worked through your reports.

A all the major reports are within normal limits, it's imperative that the pain and breathing difficulties could be related to psychosomatic symptoms of functional disorder like anxiety.

This should not be a major problem.

Continue using the medications I prescribed, CLONAZEPAM and PREGABALIN for 1 month and update me with the level of response.

Stay relaxed and comfortable.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
