Suggest Treatment For Pain In Both Knees

Question: I have pain in my both my knee all the time even in the morning after been asleep all night. I have played basketball for 20 yrs but after running or a basketball game I get a sore numbing pain, they are both look little puffy around and under the knee cap would like to know What it could be? or should do?

It could be ligament strain with or without joint effusion which is collection of some fluid more than normal within the joint. This would probably be due to excessive joint activity.


The best next step would be to get Xrays done and see an Orthopaedic Surgeon. Let him advice the best mode of management.
