Question : I have pain starting in my butt and going down to my caves on both legs when i sit on a stool at my work desk. How do I relive the pain

May be back related , try heat pad, ibuprofen, back exercises

Dear patient,

this might be a back related issue. Please try heat pad and back exercises (as you find for ex. on youtube) in addition to advil (ibuprofene). If this lasts for more than 6 weeks, x ray of the lower spine is recommendable.
