Brief Answer:
Ischial tuberosity pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of pain in right buttock when sitting on a chair or hard surface, for the past 2 weeks, seems to be concentrated on the bony area.

This is most probably due to ischial tuberosity pain.
The commonest cause is the inflammation of the muscles and the tendons attached to this bone on which one sits or due to inflammation of the bursa.

I would advise you to take anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen if it suits you and consult an Orthopedic Surgeon for proper diagnosis of the cause and the most proper treatment for the cause found.

I hope this answers your query, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
