Question : I cannot lay on my leftt side as everytime i do, within minutes i have pins and needles on my ear, when i try and roll over my ear hurts for several minutes until the pins and needles go away. This has happenned for more than 5yrs. What can I do to stop this so i can lay on my right side. This affects my marriage a little at bedtime as my husband complains he cuddles up to me at night but i dont to him as he doesn't understand how much it hurts to lay on my left side even just for a couple of mins.

I have studied your case.
There is probably inner ear ossicle disease leading to pins and needle.
I will advise to consult ENT surgeon.
medication like methylcobalamine and pregabalin may help. You can take them consulting your doctor.
