Question : Both of my elbows are painful And I can't lift at angles
Pain 5/10 constant but up to 8/10 and wakes me up when sleeping supine

1. Local Application of hot water fomentation: Either by applying hot water bag or cloth soaked in hot water
2. Analgesics like Ibuprofen will be helpful to relieve pain
