You are presenting with classical symptoms of Dry Eye exacerbated by an allergic response.
To control this you have to start on a targeted therapy towards dry eye and allergy.
You have to use a lubricating eye drop at least 6-7 times a day preferably in the gel form. And apply copious amounts when going to bed.
Next you have to use an ophthalmic preparation / Eye drop of Olopatadine. Twice daily for at least a week.
You have to avoid prolonged looking at computer XXXXXXX and TV screens.Avoid staying in Air condiotned rooms for long.
