Question : My eye feels like its scratch pain after i wake up this morning. It painful evertime i blink also if i close my eye and move it around it hurt. No visible discharge just slight redness no pain before going to sleep.

It sounds like you may have a corneal abrasion. This can be serious and needs treatment immediately. It would be best if you keep the eye closed as much as possible and go to an urgent care or emergency department today. If this is a corneal abrasion (you must be examined to know for sure) it can cause loss of vision if not treated.
