Brief Answer:
Avoid panadol and neurofen if temp is low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

Fever and sore head is usually a viral infection which may last a few days.
Fever is body response against infection.
By raising the temperature it tries to kill the viruses.
It is better not to over treat fever.
If your son's temperature has been lowered by these medicines to 34, avoid giving further
Neurofen and panadol.
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids to keep hydrated.
If fever recurs and he develops any other symptoms like vomiting or diarrhoea or dullness or headache consult your doctor again to rule out sinus or ENT infection.

Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
