Brief Answer:
Could be due to weak Bones.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Well there are two conditions that can cause these symptoms.

1. Osteoporosis : is a condition where the density of bones starts reducing making the bones weak and vulnerable to spontaneous fractures.

2. Disc prolapse with Radiculopathy : In this condition , the intervertebral disc ( which is situated in between the bones of spine ) gets displaced from its place . Because of this , there occurs compression of nerves .
These nerve compression can cause pain ranging from back to thighs to knee to toes.

We need to evaluate what is the cause in his case . In that regard I recommend the following tests .

Dual Energy X ray Absoprtiometer ( DEXA ) of Lumbar SPine , Hip Joint, Serum Vitamin D3 levels and MRI Lumbar Spine .

Revert back with the reports.

Regards.
