Brief Answer:
Findings suggest raised ASO titer

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Antistreptolysin O(ASO) titer in blood measure antibodies against streptolysin O.It is produced by group A Streptococcus bacteria.
Your finding suggest raised ASO titre. An antistreptolysin titer(ASO) greater than 200 IU is considered as positive test. This upper limit of normal may vary from lab to lab. However, mere presence of ASO does not indicate disease. You need clinical correlation and further investigations. You may need throat culture and anti-DNAse B,antihyaluronidase estimation.

Your multiple joints pain may be related to this.
You have been prescribed right medicines for streptococcal infection. You should take it regularly.
