Brief Answer:
Nerve pinching due to cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query

I have read your query and understood your problem.

You could be suffering from nerve compression in the neck sure to cervical spondylosis or degenerative changes in the spine in the neck.

I would advise you to get an Xray and MRI of the cervical spine to confirm.

Avoid bending neck forward. Avoid using thick pillow while sleeping.

Perform neck extension and shoulder strengthening exercises.

Do take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day for 5 days before meals. Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month.

Do get back to me with the investigations so that I can guide you to the next step in solving your problem.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr.Aashish Raghu
