Question : Ten or more years ago i suffered a severe bruise to my left leg or 4 inches above the ankle. This gave me some discomfort for maybe 4 to 6 months. However no symptoms for the last several years. About 6 weeks ago I fell on my left side injuring my hip. The hip does give me some pain - no surgery- but now that area of my leg that I previously injured is giving me spasmodic pain abd I'm wondering why that is. The fall didn't seem to affect that area.
