Question : when I drink fluids sometimes itll hurt my stomach, in my left abdomen it kind of pinches me when I drink something

Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

This could be a form of dysphagia to liquid food.

I advise you to have an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy/ugie to rule out any organic lesions of the lower gastroesophageal junction and stomach.

Meanwhile I advise you to take tab Pantop 40 mg once a day early morning before breakfast .

For UGIE,you are supposed to consult an expert Gastrointestinal surgeon.

Further management depends on the test report of UGIE.
