Question : I have sex with my partner during her periods and i release sperm inside her , so i gave her i-pill, after taking i-pill she had a continuous pain in lower abdomen

There is nothing to worry as there are no chances of pregnancy during menstruation.
The pain she is having is because of sexual activity during periods and not because of ipill.
So give her Simple painkillers and she will be fine soon.

But after taking i pill she has a severe pain and we had sex before 6 days from today so, what is the duration of pain

Give her painkillers

Usually the pain lasts 2-3 days but if she still has the pain then give her round the clock pain killers for a day or two.
In case pain still persists then visit a gynecologist for examination because it cab be due to some local injury.
