Question : I am having abdominal pains in mylower stomach i cant really move my bowels and when i try to my stomach hurts and my menstrations did not come last month? Help please?

Hi,

The pain is likely to be due to the premenstrual tension pains.

Another possibility is that you are suffering from constipation. Constipation is likely to cause pain. Taking laxatives might help you to pass stool and reduce pain. Try it first as it is simple and easy.

Since you have missed periods , it is better to do a home pregnancy test and confirm if there is pregnancy. You can do this right away.
