Brief Answer:
Can be Urinary Tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM.
Usually the lower abdominal pain is due to Urinary tract infections.
So provide me following details:
1. Any burning during urination?
2. Any fever with chills?
3. Any history of diabetes?
4. How severe is the pain? Is the pain radiating any where?
5. Any vomitings?
6. Any history of stones or recurrent urinary tract infection?
Revert with these details for a better help.
