Brief Answer:
Advised Ibuprofen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.

It may be due to tonsillitis or sore throat.
I would recommend you Ibuprofen 400 mg for pain.It is over the counter medication.
Drink warm water.
Salt water gargles three times a day.
Avoid cold food and spicy food.

If you will not feel better within 2 days then I would suggest you visit An ENT doctor for clinical examination to rule out tonsillitis or pharyngitis and doctor may advice you antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
