Question : Having pain right side of navel all the way to back. Sending radiating pain to shoulder and neck.

Hi
As per your description, it looks like musculoskeletal pain.
I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside or chlorzoxozone to my patients with similar complaints. This is a prescribed medication.
I also add Tablet containing Methyl cobalamine to my patients.
Take rest.
Don't stretch too much
Don't use pillows.
Lie on a flat bed.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
