i am having pain near my neck.

It can be due to muscle spasm

Thanks for using this site. I think your pain is mostly a neck muscle spasm. It is common in young population who keeps neck in same position for long time like reading books,using laptops, or TV.
I would also recommend you following.
1.Tablet Myoril or Myospaz one or twice daily.
2.Volitran ointment local application.
3.Hot water fomentation.
4.Avoid jerky activities or travelling.
